Through my own journey of self-discovery, I have reconnected with my inner voice, which has guided me to healing. During our session, I will listen to your concerns and offer suggestions to aid you in reconnecting with your own inner voice. However, it is often through deeper self-reflection following our session that I receive additional guidance for myself and for you. Therefore, I will follow-up with you after our session via e-mail with this additional guidance and to check in with you.

Clients typically want me to give them the answers to their concerns. While I have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to draw from, you are your own best healer because the answers for your healing ultimately lay within you. My intention is to guide you through your process of transformation in which you begin to recognize this truth; to become empowered by this truth. You will gain an awareness that you were born with the ability to heal yourself by learning to trust the process we call life, by trusting yourself and by learning to co-create a healthier life for yourself. But first you must "unlearn" all the ways that haven't worked for you.

There is a subtle energy field that surrounds our physical bodies, as I write about in my eBook, PERSONALIZED HEALING: A Shift in Perspective That Heals Our Bodies, Our Lives, and Our Planet. Some practitioners call this energy field our aura, which is made up of 7 primary chakras that correspond with various areas of our physical body. We also have an 8th chakra above our head that connects us to divine energy, which some call the Soul Star Chakra or Seat of the Soul. It stores soul memories and connects us to universal consciousness. There is also a 9th chakra below our feet that travels deep into Mother Earth and anchors our soul. Some refer to this as our Earth Star Chakra, or Legacy Chakra.

If requested, I will also perform a remote energy healing following our Personalized Healing session, at no additional charge. This energy healing is intended to restore balance to your aura, which can manifest in a variety of ways, but often alleviates anxiety, physical and mental suffering, and offers a general sense of well-being and restored agency.
