Organically Grown Oregano 2g

This oregano was lovingly and organically grown in a remote part of Northeastern Michigan on my childhood farm. I harvested it just before it blossomed to ensure peek aroma and taste of this versatile herb. It was washed thoroughly, air dried and then placed in a food dehydrator at 100 degrees to complete the drying process. Dried oregano is more potent than fresh oregano, so it is recommended that you use just 1 teaspoon of dried oregano for recipes calling for 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano.
